Kids To Adopt is a full service, State Licensed, Hague Accredited Agency, specializing in Domestic and International Home Studies, Post Placement and Post Adoption Reporting and International Adoption Placement Services.

Our adoption services include, but are not limited to:

• International adoption services, focusing on special needs orphan children, sibling groups and school age children.  Please visit our Adoption Programs page for more information.  We can work with families living in any state and U.S. citizens living abroad.
• Home Study services for residents of Washington State.
• Post-Adoption and Post-Placement reports for residents of Washington State.
• Psychological services include testing, evaluations and reports which are often required in the adoption process.  These services are provided through our sister organization, A Child’s Embrace, by Dr. Robert Hunter, PSY.D., ED.D.  Psychological evaluations are available to clients of Kids To Adopt as well as clients of other adoption agencies.  Rush service is available for an additional fee.
• Adoption Counseling and Education. We can provide counseling services and education about the adoption process to adoptive families and individuals.
• Free Notary Public services (limited to adoption related paperwork) are available for clients at our office.
